Self-Hypnosis Procedure

Stand in front of a mirror and study yourself.  Notice the color of your hair, skin, eyes, nails.  Feel the texture of your skin and hair.  Your size and shape.  Then, sit down and close your eyes.

Visualize yourself as you appeared in the mirror.  Take a short while to mentally recall the specifics of what your body looks like.

Keep your eyes closed.  Say out loud, “This body contains my spiritual intelligence, which is who I am.”

With eyes still closed, say, “I now command my subconscious mind to: (state your programming goal).”

Say “Thank You” when you have finished visualizing and stating your goal.  Then open your eyes.

Perform the procedure at least once a week.  If you have multiple goals, use separate procedures for each one, reinforcing each one at least once a week.

 

God Self Exercise

Sit comfortably, feet flat on the floor, hands open upwards in your lap...  Just begin to relax.  Allow yourself to feel comfortable.

Before we begin to bring in the God Self, we will be breathing in this manner…  When you inhale, you will inhale through your nose, then, then you will imagine and feel that you are breathing the breath energy to the base of your spine.  You will hold it there and after a pause you will exhale out your mouth imagining and feeling that you are exhaling into your God Self Light above you out of the top of your head.

 - Close your eyes now, we are ready to begin...
 - Imagine a brilliant, blazing light above you… That is your God Self.
 - Take a breath in through your nose and bring it all the way down to the base of your spine and hold it there…
 - Exhale through your mouth feeling the energy and breath leave through the top of your head going into the God Self above…
 - Take a breath in through your nose and bring it all the way down to the base of your spine and hold it there…
 - Exhale through your mouth feeling the energy and breath leave through the top of your head going into the God Self above…
 - Take a breath in through your nose and bring it all the way down to the base of your spine and hold it there…
 - Exhale through your mouth feeling the energy and breath leave through the top of your head going into the God Self above…
 - (You have completed a cycle of three.  For greater effect you may repeat the cycle above from five to ten times)
 - Now repeat to yourself or out loud, “Divine Presence Now Fills Me.”
 - Now pause and feel the “Otherness” that now fills you.  Continue your focus on the infinite as you drift into the oneness for your meditation.
 - This is the quickest way that I have found to assimilate the “Higher Self” into conscious awareness.
